Do you offer long-term rental management?
Yes. Tell us about your property and the rental arrangement you have in mind. We’ll discuss the management scope and provide a separate quote for long-term rentals.
What kinds of properties do you manage?
ANIX offers short-term, vacation, corporate, and long-term rental management for properties in Houston and nearby areas. Share your property’s location and goals so we can discuss the right fit.
Can I still use my own property?
Yes. ANIX offers unlimited owner use. Coordinate your dates with the team so your personal stays and guest reservations are planned together.
How does the Easy Exit Guarantee work?
If you are dissatisfied with the service, ANIX’s Easy Exit Guarantee allows you to withdraw your listing. Discuss the transition, existing reservations, and your management agreement with the team before making a change.
How much does co-hosting cost?
The co-host service fee is 18%, with the monthly bonus tiers shown below. Your evaluation is the time to confirm the fee basis, included services, and any separate property expenses. Long-term rental management is quoted separately.
What happens after I request an evaluation?
We’ll contact you using the details you provide to learn about the home, discuss its rental potential, and explain the management options. Sending the form does not enter you into a management agreement.
