Privacy & booking information

When you get in touch

ANIX collects the information you submit: your name, email, phone number, message, and, for stay requests, your chosen home, dates, and group size. Property evaluation forms also collect the location, rental type, and status you provide about your property. We use this to respond, discuss your stay, and manage your inquiry.

Your request

Submitting a form does not confirm a booking or take a payment. Availability, maximum occupancy, total price, payment arrangements, and cancellation terms must be confirmed with ANIX before you commit. Listing descriptions and photos come from the ANIX property collection; please confirm any essential amenity with our team.

How information is handled

Requests are stored using our website hosting provider. When notification services are enabled, request details may be processed by our email or SMS provider to notify our team. Please do not include payment details, identification documents, door codes, or other sensitive information in these forms.

Saved homes & links

Saved homes are stored in this browser on your device. Clearing browser data removes them. Links to Airbnb and Google Maps take you to services with their own privacy practices.
